DDay Commemoration

The commemoration of DDay is actively supported by the association in the form of opening periods bunkers, tours, animation on the site and all particularly the ceremony in memory of the Suffolk Regiment actions.

The ceremony in memory of the Suffolk Regiment

This ceremony takes place in front of the Suffolk Regiment Memorial, in the presence of représenatants of the town, the veterans and families.

Historical reconstruction of an Allied military camp.

Although in the evening of June 6, the site was not that busy ' partially ' by the allies, each year, some avid collectors of groups come to this historical site to relive the atmosphere of the quietest days of this summer  of 44...

The camp take its brands a few days before the commemoration of June 6th, for dispersal in the following days.
